Return

Please send your return insured within 14 days of receiving the item so that you can send a track & trace code.

Please note that I will not refund lost returns without proof of shipment with a track & trace code.

Please send all items back to me in their original condition and packaging , as this is the only way to ensure that the goods arrive back to me intact.

Please note that I do not provide a return label.

Since I am still a small business owner and am just starting out, I unfortunately cannot take care of return shipping for my customers.

Damaged items

Did your item arrive damaged?

Please contact me within three days so that I can send you replacement items in time. Please send me pictures of the damaged item and the packaging. DHL will need the pictures. Please do not dispose of the packaging, otherwise the claim for replacement will expire. I send all items insured so that I can send you a replacement. Please contact me no later than seven days after receipt, otherwise I cannot send you a replacement.

Refund

As soon as I have received the item from you, unused and in its original packaging, I will immediately refund the costs (within 14 days at the latest) to the payment method you used.
